 Dr. Victoria Davis is a native of South Carolina and a proud graduate of South Carolina State University. She began her professional career as an English educator and devoted 18 years to teaching, inspiring students through literacy, communication, and a commitment to academic excellence. She later continued her education at Liberty University, where she earned her master’s, specialist, and doctoral degrees.

Throughout her professional journey, Dr. Davis has served in various leadership positions in both education and ministry. These opportunities have allowed her to mentor, develop, and encourage others while strengthening the schools, ministries, and communities she serves. Today, she serves as an Assistant Principal at a high school in Birmingham, Alabama, where she remains committed to student achievement, instructional leadership, and creating meaningful opportunities for young people to succeed.

In ministry, Dr. Davis serves as the First Lady of New Chapter Church alongside her husband and pastor, Overseer Reginald Davis. She is passionate about faith, family, education, leadership, and empowering others to embrace their purpose and become all that God has called them to be.

Antwane Wallace, Th.M., M.Div. is a public servant, pastor, and community leader dedicated to strengthening families, developing leaders, and creating lasting community impact through service.
Since 2021, Antwane has served with the Department of Human Services (DHS) in the Kinship Department, where he partners with relative caregivers and families to promote stability, permanency, and positive outcomes for children. His work reflects a deep commitment to child welfare, family preservation, and empowering vulnerable populations through compassionate advocacy and collaborative service.
As Founder and Lead Pastor of New Nation Worship Center, Antwane provides visionary leadership that equips individuals to live with purpose, serve with compassion, and lead with integrity. His ministry extends beyond the church through leadership development, mentoring, and initiatives that foster hope and strengthen communities.
Antwane also serves in nonprofit leadership, contributing to strategic planning, governance, and programs that expand opportunities for children and families. He is recognized for building meaningful partnerships and mobilizing people around a shared vision of service and transformation.
He holds both a Master of Theology (Th.M.) and a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), credentials that complement his passion for servant leadership and community engagement.
Whether serving families through DHS, mentoring emerging leaders, or leading in ministry, Antwane remains committed to changing narratives by empowering others, strengthening communities, and leaving a legacy of faith, compassion, and transformational leadership.

 Danielle Harris is a pastor, author, and public relations expert, which gives her insight into helping church leaders overcome growth barriers while successfully aligning their vision with their marketing strategies. Danielle serves as one of the campus pastors for the New Life Worship Center in Hephzibah, Ga., and she is a Lecturer at Augusta University. She earned her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Augusta University, received a certification in Leadership Communications from Harvard Extension School at Harvard University, and a Personal Development Coach Certificate from the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute, an affiliate of the International Coach Federation. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Liberty University pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication.
